SLIPPERY ELM & FENNEL

Developed specially as colon hydrotherapy follow-up, this bowel maintenance food is recommended for those suffering from cramping, IBS, stress, bloating and discomfort caused by it, and/or alternating constipation and diarrhoea.  It contains Slippery Elm root powder and Fennel Seed powder.  Slippery Elm has a high mucilage (mucosa-supporting) count.  Fennel has a relaxing effect on the intestine, as well as digestion stimulating properties.  This accounts for their gas releasing, soothing and cleansing properties.

Take one or two capsules after meals with 200g of warm water or lukewarm herbal tea once or twice a day.  Do not exceed the stated dose, unless otherwise directed by your Practitioner.
