SLIPPERY ELM & MARSHMALLOW ROOT

Developed specially as a colon hydrotherapy follow-up, this bowel maintenance food is recommended for those suffering from constipation, stress and lack of bowel regularity.  Contains Slippery Elm and Marshmallow - two edible plant roots that both have a high mucilage (mucosa-supporting) count.  This accounts for their soothing and cleansing properties.

Take one or two capsules before or between meals with 200g of room temperature water once or twice a day.  Do not exceed the stated dose, unless otherwise directed by your Practitioner.
