1. APPLICATION OF CONDITIONS All herbs and related products sold by Cleansing herbs.co.uk (“We”, “Us”, “Cleansing herbs.co.uk”) and are subject to the following terms and conditions unless otherwise clearly stated in writing under a separate contract.
2. PRICE LIST AND SALES LITERATURE The prices given in our product list, sales literature and web site are for information purposes only and do not represent an offer. No contract will come into existence until the customer’s order (however given) is accepted. Invoices will be raised for prices current at the time of order.
3. CARRIAGE Except as otherwise stated, all prices given are on an ex-works basis and exclude transport and delivery costs.
4. DELIVERY Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only. Every endeavour will be made to ensure and affect delivery on agreed dates based on information available at time of order.
